The Oracle Startup Growth Engine (the "Program") is intended to support eligible technology startups in developing and scaling their solutions on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
The Oracle Startup Growth Engine (the "Program") is intended to support eligible technology startups in developing and scaling their solutions on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). The Program may include Universal Credits and other activities intended to support technology development, market validation, and growth.
The Program is offered solely to business entities in the countries or territories designated by Oracle. Oracle may change the geographic availability, eligibility criteria, or scope of the Program at its discretion, subject to applicable law.
Oracle may provide selected participants with Universal Credits exclusively for use on OCI, subject to these Terms and Conditions, applicable Oracle agreements, availability, and Oracle's internal selection criteria. The value of Universal Credits available under the Program ranges from USD 5,000 to USD 60,000. At Oracle's sole discretion and subject to availability, selected participants may also be offered the following activities or initiatives: Account Management
Target Companies The Program is intended for legally registered technology companies that develop digital products or platforms with the potential for scalable use of OCI. Requirements An applicant must operate as a technology company, intend to deploy eligible workloads on OCI, provide complete and accurate information during the application process, and have the authority to accept these Terms and Conditions on behalf of the applicant. Limitations
Interested startups must apply through the official Program form or another Oracle-approved application process. The applicant must provide complete and accurate information about the company, founders, product, market, and infrastructure needs. Submitting an application constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the applicable Program rules. Information provided through the application, including personal data, will be processed in accordance with the Oracle General Privacy Policy, available at https://www.oracle.com/legal/privacy/privacy-policy. The applicant is responsible for ensuring that it has a lawful basis to provide any personal data to Oracle.
Oracle selects participants at its sole discretion and subject to Program availability. Oracle may accept or reject an application without providing a reason. Selection, a funding-band indication, or a notice of potential eligibility does not create a binding commitment to provide credits or any other Program benefit. Any award is subject to Oracle approvals, completion of any required onboarding, and execution of any applicable Oracle order document or agreement. Credits become available only when Oracle makes them available in the applicable OCI account.
The cloud services covered by credits granted under the Program, including their use, service limitations, warranties, confidentiality, security, data processing, responsibility for the services, and suspension or termination, are governed by the Oracle Cloud Services Agreement (CSA) and the documents referenced in it, available at https://www.oracle.com/contracts/. Those documents are incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. Where the services include artificial intelligence features, the Oracle Artificial Intelligence Terms available through Oracle Contracts also apply.
By participating in the Program, the startup agrees to be bound by the CSA and the documents referenced in it, including the AI Terms where applicable. If these Terms and Conditions conflict with the CSA in relation to cloud services, the CSA controls.
The agreement will remain in effect until terminated in accordance with its terms. Credits are available for a period of twelve (12) months from the date they are made available. If the available credits are fully used before the end of this period, the applicable OCI tenancy will automatically transition to Pay As You Go (PAYG) pricing until the company purchases a credit replenishment. Any unused credits expire at the end of the twelve-month period and have no cash value. Usage under PAYG will be charged at OCI list prices plus applicable taxes, unless an applicable agreement states otherwise. Credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be exchanged for cash or used for resale.
Oracle may conduct due diligence on applicants, including verification of corporate identity, ownership, regulatory compliance, sanctions screening, politically exposed person checks, and reputational risk assessment. Applicants must provide the information Oracle reasonably requests for this purpose, including corporate registration, ownership structure, each shareholder's ownership interest, and jurisdiction of formation. Failure to provide requested information or cooperate with due diligence may result in ineligibility or removal from the Program. Applicants operating in sectors subject to heightened regulatory scrutiny or compliance risk, including financial services, cryptoasset platforms, online betting or gaming platforms, prediction markets, and digital stock exchanges, may be subject to additional diligence.
Participants may not use Oracle's name, trademarks, logos, or other distinctive signs without Oracle's prior written authorization. Improper use may result in suspension or termination of Program participation. Subject to applicable law, Oracle may identify a participant as an Oracle customer or Program participant in sales presentations, marketing materials, or other marketing activities. Any processing of personal data for these purposes is subject to the Oracle General Privacy Policy.
Credits must be used exclusively for legitimate purposes related to the development and operation of the participant's technology platform and in accordance with the rights to use Oracle cloud services under the CSA. Credits may not be used for resale of cloud services, cryptocurrency mining, illegal or fraudulent activity, or any use prohibited by the CSA or applicable Oracle acceptable-use policies.
Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including financial-crime, anti- money-laundering, sanctions, export-control, and data-protection requirements. Noncompliance may result in suspension or termination of Program participation.
Participation in the Program is offered at Oracle's discretion. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Oracle will not be liable for damages arising from participation in, changes to, or termination of the Program. Liability for cloud services is governed by the CSA, including its limitation of liability provisions.
Oracle may suspend or terminate a startup's participation in the Program at any time, including where Oracle identifies false information, financial-crime indicators, regulatory or reputational risks, noncompliance with these Terms and Conditions or Oracle policies, or misuse of credits. Oracle may suspend, modify, or terminate the Program at any time, subject to applicable law. This does not create an expectation that the Program, credits, or other benefits will be maintained, renewed, or made available in the future.
Participation in the Program does not create a partnership, joint venture, employment, franchise, fiduciary, agency, or other relationship between Oracle and the participant. Neither party may bind the other or make commitments on the other's behalf.
Each participant is responsible for taxes, duties, levies, or similar governmental charges arising from its participation in the Program or use of OCI services, other than taxes based on Oracle's net income.
These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the Oracle Startup Growth Engine. Oracle may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Unless otherwise stated, updates take effect when published or otherwise made available by Oracle. Continued participation in the Program after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions do not amend the CSA or any applicable Oracle order document. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
