Recent developments include the cloud-native 5G core and SaaS solutions for security, management and analytics.

Senior Research Scientist, Telenor
Dr. Kashif Mahmood is a Senior Research Scientist with Telenor Research, Norway. He received his Master’s degree from GIK Institute, Pakistan and Ph.D. degree from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), Norway. Kashif has contributed to a number of European research projects. He is the technical manager of FUDGE-5G project (https://fudge-5g.eu/en) and deputy technical manager of 5G-VINNI project (https://www.5g-vinni.eu/). Dr. Mahmood is a recipient of the "Youth Award" in Science in Technology from the Government of Pakistan and "Excellence Award" from the National Engineering and Scientific Commission, Pakistan.
