01Create your Oracle University account
This enables you to access the Oracle learning portal. Skip this step if you already have an Oracle account. You must be located in Saudi Arabia. Avoid VPN connections that could take your online location out of the country.

02Activate your account
Once you’ve activated your account, you’ll be taken to Oracle University’s MyLearn page where you can start your digital learning journey.

You can come back to the Oracle MyLearn homepage at any time and sign in to your learning portal. Alternatively, you can bookmark the MyLearn page for direct access to your learning materials.
