Niall Scott is a principle data engineer for Aviva Quantum, Aviva's Global Data Science Practice, leading efforts across Data Engineering to provide a leading data capability to Aviva's data science community, working at the forefront of the rise of the data engineering, from DevOps through to DataOps. He joined Aviva in 2006, working on scalable storage for database, elastic compute, Oracle RAC, high available architecture and Oracle Exadata. Most recent focus was leading Aviva's move to Oracle Cloud.
Niall has a degree in Simulation and Virtual Reality, and is a regular speaker at industry events and Oracle communities sharing my vision, strategy, and experience in managing and driving the data revolution
Jack joined Red Bull Racing in early 2020 bringing with him close to a decade of experience in the IT sector and later the world of Formula 1. Before joining Red Bull Jack was responsible for IT operations across EMEA and the Middle east for an international retail brand. However, being a lifelong motorsports fan, Jack then realised his dream and made the transition into the world of F1 joining a motorsports agency and managing a number high profile partnerships up and down the paddock.

Andrew Sutherland is Oracle senior vice president for systems and technology for EMEA and APAC. He is responsible for growing market share, developing business strategies, and managing competencies in Oracle’s technology and systems offerings. Sutherland has worked at Oracle since 1995, holding executive positions in technology sales, commercial strategy, and business development.
Sutherland holds an MBA, a PhD in digital signal processing, and a first-class BSc in electrical and electronic engineering from the University of Edinburgh. He is a chartered engineer and has contributed to more than 15 technical publications on multimedia and business issues.
Michael has 23 years’ experience of working in the IT industry and is currently Head of Analytics & Big Data for the EMEA region at Oracle. He has held several senior leadership roles over the past 16 years and has been responsible for teams specializing in data analytics, data management, cyber security and digital transformation. Michael has strong expertise in Sales, Marketing and Business Development. He is a member of the International Data Corporation (IDC) Advisory Council for Artificial Intelligence and an AI adviser to the University of Oxford.
James is the Technology Product Strategy Lead for the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) and Asia-Pacific regions. After working 10 years in the Oracle product development organisation, he is now responsible for driving strategy awareness and adoption of Oracle Cloud Platform with the largest enterprises in the region. The Oracle Cloud Platform comprising Core Infrastructure, Cloud native application development, Data management, Integration, Security, Analytics and many other related emerging Cloud technologies.
Tania is Technology Product Strategy Director at Oracle. She is MBA qualified, highly experienced, passionate and energetic executive manager, with an excellent track record of technical/marketing product management, customer advocacy and IT management consultancy. She is recognised in industry for successful delivery of products and for identifying business development opportunities.
Duncan leads the programmatic go-to-market activity for Oracle’s Technology solutions EMEA. He works with customers, partners and Oracle teams to proactively demonstrate and promote the business and IT value that can be gained using Oracle solutions on Cloud or on-prem.
Duncan has 20+ years of business technology experience gained through various DBA, architecture, support, project leadership and development roles in a number of Finance and Media end-user organisations. He has an honours degree in Information Technology together with a technology focused MBA.
