We’ve just started one of our most exciting and ambitious projects – a recruitment campaign designed to find and hire 1,000 new sales representatives across EMEA and have them all, interviewed, employed, contracted-up, inducted and ready to work on 2nd of January 2018.
Sounds impossible, right? Maybe, maybe not. But we believe there are at least 1,000 dynamic, driven, smart sales people across Europe who’d love to work with us and we’re going to find them.
‘Change happens here’ encapsulates the transformation of our cloud business over the past few years (we recently announced a 58% jump in cloud revenue) and the major investment we are making into a new generation of ambitious, driven, digitally savvy Sales Representatives across EMEA. We need the best talent out there to support our rapid growth.
There’s no hard or fast rules, but we know what kind of people are going to do well at Oracle. We are looking for candidates with between two to six years’ experience, currently working in Human Resources, Marketing, Recruitment, Finance, Supply Chain or Sales roles and can demonstrate a strong sense of personal drive and the ability to sell some of the world’s most exciting cloud technologies. Candidates need to be graduate level, with good communication skills and command of English and their local language. We are also keen to bring in people from diverse backgrounds – different backgrounds provide different perspectives and different ideas. And we welcome that.
