Rich Clayton is vice president of product strategy for Oracle AI and Analytics. He is responsible for the global adoption of Oracle’s AI & analytic solutions, and he also coaches customers on how to succeed in analytics. Rich is the board chair for the analytics program at Cal Poly and led the development of the first business analytics MBA program in Iowa. He earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting at Loras College and attended University of Chicago’s Executive Leadership program.
Chris Leone
Executive Vice President, Fusion Applications Development, Oracle
Chris Leone is executive vice president of development for Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) and Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Management (SCM). He also oversees the AI team in the Oracle Applications division. For more than 25 years, Chris has honed his expertise developing enterprise software applications and has been recognized as a tech influencer. His leadership in innovation helps organizations reach their full potential in the cloud. Chris holds a BS and an MBA from Loyola Marymount University.

Executive Vice President, Oracle Database Technologies, Oracle
Juan Loaiza is a renowned technology executive and a leading expert in database management systems. As Executive Vice President of Oracle Database Technologies, he reports directly to Oracle founder and CTO Larry Ellison and is responsible for driving innovation and development of Oracle's flagship database products, which are at the core of many of the world's largest and most complex IT systems. His team is focused on automating and converging database technologies to make AI for data, application development, scaling, and security dramatically better and easier, enabling customers to improve their competitiveness while saving time and money.
