Andrew Morawski

Andrew Morawski is Executive Vice President and General Manager of Oracle North America Applications, where he leads the region’s go-to-market strategy and commercial organization for Oracle’s AI-driven, cloud-based applications portfolio across regulated industries. He oversees customer engagement and growth across sectors including utilities, construction, oil and gas, higher education, state and local government, media and entertainment, banking, insurance, and telecommunications, with a clear focus on enabling transformation and delivering mission-critical business outcomes in highly regulated environments.

With more than 20 years of experience in global technology, Andrew is recognized for building and scaling high-performing teams, driving innovation, and accelerating customer success. During his tenure at Oracle, he previously led the Communications, Construction & Engineering, and Utilities Global Industry Units, overseeing more than 6,000 employees across sales, product, development, and customer success, while advancing strategic growth and expansion in markets worldwide.

Before joining Oracle, Andrew held several senior executive roles at Vodafone, including serving as President and Country Chairman for the Americas where he was responsible for the management, compliance, governance, and integration of all Vodafone entities operating in the Americas. He joined Vodafone through its acquisition of Cable & Wireless Worldwide, where he served as Managing Director of the Americas leading all commercial and strategic functions for the region, overseeing enterprise and carrier sales, marketing, HR, and service delivery. He was instrumental in stabilizing regional operations and expanding relationships with major US-based Fortune 100 clients.

Earlier in his career, Andrew served as President and CEO of Telstra Inc, the US subsidiary of Australian telecommunications giant, Telstra and held senior leadership positions at Nortel, where he helped drive strategic partnerships during periods of significant industry transformation.

Andrew is based in Nashville, Tennessee. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active, Peloton training, and spending time with his family.
