Han Chung Heng

Han Chung Heng is the Senior Vice President for Systems (Asia Pacific) and Regional Managing Director (North Asia) at Oracle.

He leads the APAC Systems business which includes Exadata, Servers, Storage and Appliances. In addition, as Regional Managing Director of North Asia, Han oversees the Technology business in China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Korea. The Technology portfolio encompasses Oracle Cloud, Hybrid Cloud and On-Premise offerings.

A veteran and reputable leader in the IT industry with more than 30 years of experience, Han is a thought leader beyond business interactions and a practical futurist. He is forward looking and has a vested interest in supporting customers’ digital resilience, keeping abreast of market developments such as AI, data security and sustainable development.

Han continues to champion for lifelong learning and nurturing of young talent in the technology industry. He is a Fellow, Vice President on the Executive Council of the Singapore Computer Society (SCS) , board member of NUS (ISS) and a member of the Singapore Institute of Directors (SID).

Prior to joining Oracle, Han was Vice President of the IBM server solution group for Asia Pacific. He also lived in China for five years, where he led the Greater China business.
