There is no designated room block for this event. Check out this list of downtown Knoxville hotels. The Graduate Hotel and The Cumberland House Hotel are the closest to the Student Union, but there are many excellent options downtown. Most hotels are familiar with offering CONUS rates for guests who require them.

Eligible travelers attending the Oracle Higher Education Summit can take advantage of discounted fares (4–8% off) on Southwest Airlines when traveling to and from Knoxville, TN. Discounted rates apply for flights into and out of McGhee Tyson Airport (TYS). To receive the discount, bookings must be made through the provided Southwest Airlines link.

Discounts are available for reservations booked between December 1, 2025, and April 10, 2026, for travel dates from April 10, 2026, to April 18, 2026.

- McGhee Tyson Airport serves the city of Knoxville and surrounding communities and is located 11 miles from the University of Tennessee campus.
- Nashville International Airport is located 172 miles from the University of Tennessee campus. Note: Nashville is in the Central time zone, which is one hour behind Knoxville time. Please factor that into your travel time.
- Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport is located 103 miles from the University of Tennessee campus.
The University operates a free downtown shuttle route for campus guests on weekdays from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. The shuttle conveniently stops near the Marriott, the Hilton, and within a couple of blocks from the Crowne Plaza.
