Vijay P. Motwani

Vijay P. Motwani is the Senior Vice President of Fusion Application, for Asia Pacific region at Oracle Corporation and is a direct report to Executive Vice President of Oracle Corporation Japan & Asia Pacific. In this role, Vijay delivers 3 key outcomes:

Bidesh Chandra Paul is a seasoned healthcare executive with over 16 years of leadership experience in hospital operations, supply chain management, and strategic planning. Currently serving as Vice President and Group Head of Supply Chain Management at Fortis Healthcare Ltd., he leads enterprise-wide procurement, vendor negotiations, and operational integration. He manages large procurement portfolios exceeding INR 3,000 crore across pharmaceuticals, biomedical equipment, infrastructure, and services, with a strong focus on improving profitability, cost efficiency, and return on capital.

In his previous role as Zonal Director at Fortis Healthcare, he successfully turned around the Fortis Heart Institute, Okhla. Under his leadership, revenue grew from ₹330 crore to ₹433 crore, and EBITDA improved from 0% to 13% in less than 5 years. He also expanded the hospital’s service portfolio beyond cardiac care and stabilized the financial performance of an additional unit.

Before Fortis at Narayana Healthcare Ltd., he held multiple leadership roles, including Facility Director for flagship Cardiac hospital and multispecialty hospitals in Bangalore. He consistently delivered strong financial and operational outcomes by driving revenue growth, improving EBITDA margins, reducing inventory cycles, and enhancing process efficiency. His contributions include launching specialized clinics, achieving NABH accreditation, and implementing robust supply chain systems.

Before Healthcare, at TVS Motor Company, he demonstrated strong technical and leadership capabilities in R&D, delivering cost savings, efficiency improvements, and revenue gains.
