This two-and-a-half day event will provide opportunities for Oracle Retail customers to learn about product strategy and advancements, attend partner demonstrations, learn how leading retailers are tackling their biggest challenges, and network with their peers.

Oracle Retail Cross Talk Summit will take place at the Sheraton Grand Chicago Riverwalk from Tuesday, March 17, through Thursday, March 19, 2026.

This invitation-only event is for Oracle Retail customers and prospects, primarily C-suite executives and other key decision-makers. We encourage retailers to send representatives from merchandising, store management, planning, supply chain, finance, and IT. We welcome industry analysts, editors, and advisory firms as key contributors to the conference. Partner attendance is limited to paying sponsors.

Registration for Oracle Retail Cross Talk Summit is free. Attendees are responsible for their travel and accommodations. There’s a block of rooms at the Sheraton Grand Chicago Riverwalk at $249/night.

Our team is reviewing your registration and will confirm your attendance shortly. Please remember that registration is limited to retailers, Oracle’s advisory partners, analysts, editors, paying sponsors, and select Oracle employees.

Yes, a confirmation email will be sent shortly after event registration is completed.

The confirmation email isn’t required for event entrance. You’ll need a photo ID when registering onsite.

There is no deadline for registration. Space is limited, so we recommend registering as soon as possible.

Badges and event access

Badges may be picked up at the Oracle registration desk at the Sheraton Grand Chicago Riverwalk starting at 1 PM on Tuesday, March 17.

Visit the Oracle registration desk to obtain a replacement at no cost. Badges may not be shared and must be worn at all times.

Yes, badges will be required to gain access to all summit activities, including meals, sessions, and receptions.
