These forums are not intended as a substitute for Oracle technical support, but rather as an alternative source of information for the entire community. Customers can receive official support through My Oracle Support (MOS) at https://support.oracle.com or from their mobile device at https://support.oracle.mobi/MMOS/faces/welcome.jspx and MOS communities are the recommended forums to use.
