Customers with active support contracts should access the My Oracle Support portal to find answers to their technical questions in the Oracle Support knowledge base; to participate in the My Oracle Support Community; or to submit and update service requests.
Cloud subscription customers can also go to their Oracle Cloud Portal to access Getting Started guides for their Cloud products, contact their Cloud customer success manager, ask operational questions or join a discussion forum.
Oracle Account: This is used by our customers and partners to access public/protected resources hosted by Oracle including MyOracle Support, Oracle Education Learning Subscriptions, Oracle Store, Oracle Communities and to download software.
