There are two options for a Java ME Embedded platform:

Oracle Java ME Embedded - a CLDC-based runtime targeted for use on highly memory constrained devices (<1MB)
Oracle Java ME Embedded Client - a CDC-based runtime targeted for use on devices with slightly higher memory capacity (<10mb)

Oracle Java ME Embedded version 3.3 for Raspberry Pi Model B (Early Access) DOWNLOAD

Oracle Java ME Embedded v. 3.3 is now available for ARM11/Linux platform. This is an early access release of the product for Raspberry Pi Model B development board. This variant of the product is compatible with Java ME SDK 3.3, and one could use Java ME SDK 3.3 for harnessing the unique functionality of Oracle Java ME Embedded such as access to peripheral IO, AMS operations, etc. for developing embedded applications for Raspberry Pi. Oracle Java ME Embedded version 3.3

Oracle Java ME Embedded 3.3 for ARM Cortex M3/RTX platform is available as a reference implementation for KEIL MCBSTM32F200 development board. Development for this board could be done using Java ME SDK 3.3 early access. All the Oracle Java ME Embedded 3.3 product functionality such as peripheral IO, AMS operations, headless operations, functionality for remote application management/configurability, etc. is available on the platforms listed in the table below.

Oracle Java ME Embedded version 3.2

Oracle Java ME Embedded Client version 1.1.1

This version is a headless version of the Oracle Java Micro Edition Embedded Client 1.1.1 implementation. It includes CDC 1.1.2, Foundation 1.1.2 and the Security Optional Package 1.0.1
