You will need an LDAP Server. You can use the embedded LDAP server within WebLogic Server for development purposes, but generally you will need a separate LDAP server. You can use Oracle's LDAP Server, or a 3rd party LDAP server (please review the FMW Administrator's Guide for Oracle WebCenter for a list of supported third party LDAP servers). Also provided by Oracle Identity Management are two single sign-on (SSO) solutions, Oracle Access Manager (OAM) and Oracle Application Server Single Sign-On (OSSO). |

- Composite Applications and Mashups: Built on Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF), the common development framework for all Oracle Fusion Middleware user interfaces and Oracle Fusion Applications. Developers can easily extend existing applications and Oracle Fusion Applications with reusable, standards-based components. Business users and developers can work together using the tool of their choice. Developers can use JDeveloper to produce data controls and applications, Business users can leverage Oracle WebCenter Composer to construct application mashups and dashboards.
