Licensing and support
Oracle GoldenGate Free is a free, perpetual license governed under its terms and conditions listed here. Oracle GoldenGate Free is a community-supported release. Please go to the Oracle GoldenGate Free Community Forum for help, feedback, and enhancement requests. Patching is delivered by reinstalling a newer release.
Oracle Support Services only provides support for Oracle GoldenGate in conjunction with an active Oracle Technical Support agreement. Support service requests will not be taken for Oracle GoldenGate Free.
