Oracle Customer Edge Summit brings together professionals in capital project management, construction, and utilities. The conference draws a wide audience, including C-suite executives and industry leaders who play pivotal roles in shaping the future of these industries, as well as directors and analysts with deep knowledge of Oracle’s solutions.

The registration cost for Oracle Customer Edge Summit is outlined below. Attendees are responsible for their travel and accommodations.
- Customers: The saver registration rate, available until March 1, is $875. The standard rate, available from March 2 to April 3, is $950. Full registration, available from April 4 to April 14, is $1,000.
Customer speakers will receive a complimentary registration. If you agree to be a speaker after you’ve paid for your registration, you’ll receive a refund. - Government (public sector): The registration fee is $875 and doesn’t change.
Public sector speakers are offered a complimentary pass as long as we receive the returned compliance letter with the proper signatory. Otherwise, you should see an option for a paid pass at checkout if your employer requires that you pay. - Partners/sponsors: Oracle partners must sponsor this event to attend. Registration passes are included in your sponsorship packages. Additional passes may be purchased through your sponsorship plan at the following rates:
- Saver: $1,000 until April 3
- Full: $1,100 from April 4 to April 14
- Employees: Requests to attend may be made by emailing us at oracle-infrastructure-events_mb@oracle.com. You’ll then receive instructions on how employees may be considered for attendance as part of their organization’s allocation.

No, we’re unable to offer continuing education credits for this event. We can provide you with a “certificate of attendance” if that’s something your company requires.

We’ll provide breakfast, lunch, and snacks on April 13 and April 14. Receptions on April 12 and April 13 are also part of your registration and include hors d’oeuvres and beverages.

After you complete the registration process, your request will automatically enter a pending status until our team has had the opportunity to review it. Registration is limited to Oracle customers, prospects, and partners. Once our team has reviewed your request, we’ll email you a confirmation of your registration status.

No, the confirmation email isn’t required for event entrance. However, you’ll need a government-issued photo ID when checking in onsite.

You can request a substitution by sending an email to the Oracle Customer Edge Summit registration team at oracle-infrastructure-events_mb@oracle.com with the names of both the original and substitute registrants. All requests for substitutions must be received no later than 5 p.m. CT on April 10, 2026, and are subject to approval by the Oracle Customer Edge Summit registration team. For more detailed information on substitutions, refer to the terms and conditions.

You may cancel your confirmed registration at any time by visiting the attendee portal and following the self-cancellation instructions. You may also send your request to the Oracle Customer Edge Summit registration team via email at oracle-infrastructure-events_mb@oracle.com. Cancellation of all travel and hotel reservations is your responsibility.

Badges and event access

You can pick up your badge when you arrive at the JW Marriott for this event. Registration hours are the following:
- Sunday, April 12, from 1 PM to 6 PM
- Monday, April 13, from 7 AM to 5 PM
- Tuesday, April 14, from 7 AM to 2 PM

Visit the registration desk to obtain a replacement. Badges may not be shared and must be worn at all times.

We will be unable to transfer registration confirmations to someone else’s name onsite. If you’re unable to attend, please follow the cancellation instructions included in the confirmation and reminder emails.
