Meals that accommodate many dietary requirements are included in your registration. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free meals are part of the standard menu offerings and will be noted on menu cards in meal areas. Halal, kosher, and celiac preferences for breakfast and lunch can be indicated during registration. For these specific meals, bring your registration confirmation email to the specialty meal pickup area in the meal service space at JavaOne. Meals are not assigned or held for individuals and are available in limited quantities on a first-come, first-serve basis. Because quantities are limited, your meal choice may not be available at some locations. We’ll try to accommodate other special requests, although we cannot guarantee the ability to fulfill every request.
-
You’ll find dedicated all-gender restrooms at the Oracle corporate campus conference center. Oracle will also provide accessible seating for attendees and accessible stages for presenters. During registration, registrants may inform us if they need additional assistance. Please review the terms and conditions relating to the Americans with Disabilities Act.
-
A limited quantity of additional guest passes are available for purchase by conference attendees. As a reminder, dress code is casual, but you will need to wear your conference badge during the Attendee Party. If you plan to enjoy the outdoor pavilion and beer garden, layered clothing is recommended (don’t let the Bay Area’s microclimates leave you out in the cold). Attendees and guests must be 21 years or older to enjoy alcoholic beverages. If you do drink, please don’t drink and drive. Plan for a safe ride home.
