• How do I get to the Oracle Conference Center?

  Arriving by taxi or rideshare is easy—simply give your driver “Oracle Conference Center” and you’ll be dropped at the main entrance. If you’re driving, complimentary parking is available in two nearby garages: Garage #420 (ground level only) is about 100 feet east of the venue, while Garage #320 sits roughly 200 feet to the south. No permit is required at either location.

• What should I pack for JavaOne?

  Bring your government-issued photo ID for registration, plus your confirmation email with QR code. For hands-on labs, you will need your laptop or tablet. We recommend you also include charger and a portable battery in your bag. Networking is easier with business cards, a notebook, and a pen. This is a developer conference so wear what's comfortable. The weather is looking nice, but a light jacket or sweater is recommended as temperatures can vary in the conference spaces. Toss in gym clothes if you plan to join Wednesday’s sunrise jog; on-site showers are available. Daily essentials include cash or a credit card, health-insurance card, personal care items, and a reusable water bottle. An umbrella never hurts, and backpacks are subject to security search at entry.

• Badge pickup and registration hours

  Collect your attendee badge at the Registration Desk located immediately inside the main entrance of the Oracle Campus Conference Center. The desk operates Tuesday 7:00 AM–6:00 PM, Wednesday 7:00 AM–6:00 PM, and Thursday 7:30 AM–3:00 PM. Please present a valid government-issued photo ID and the QR code we will email to you to expedite check-in.

• Hands-on labs: bring your laptop and pre-register

  If you plan to attend hands-on labs, don’t forget to bring your laptop and remember to register (please note that you can only sign up once per unique lab). Instructors will provide lab content to access on your laptop.

• Can I bring a guest to the Attendee Party?

  A limited number of guest passes will be available for the Attendee Party on Wednesday, March 18 on a first-come, first-served basis for JavaOne general attendees. Sponsors, Oracle employees, and public sector registrants are not eligible to purchase guest passes for the Attendee Party. Guest passes are $50 and should be purchased via the attendee registration portal. Guests must be 21 years or older to consume alcoholic beverages at the Party.

• JavaOne safety for everyone

  To ensure all attendees have a safe and enjoyable event, bags, backpacks, purses, overcoats, and other items, which may conceal prohibited items, may be subject to search by security personnel. Weapons and illegal non-prescription drugs of any kind are strictly prohibited on premises.

  Items intentionally used to cause a distraction or disturbance to our speakers or attendees such as laser pointers, airhorns, megaphone/bullhorns, banners/signage, or items with similar intent are prohibited. Prohibited items discovered during security inspections must either be returned to the owner’s vehicle, hotel room, or discarded. Items will not be held for later pick-up.

• Specialty meals and dietary requests

  When you register for JavaOne 2026, you can flag any dietary needs—vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, halal, kosher, or celiac. Dedicated breakfast and lunch options will be prepared and stocked on a first-come, first-served basis. On site, simply show your registration confirmation email at the Specialty Meal Pickup station to collect your meal. We strive to accommodate every request, but menu availability may be limited, so early pickup is recommended.
