JavaOne 2027 will take place from March 23 to 25, 2027, in Redwood City, California.

Meals that accommodate many dietary requirements are included in your registration. Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options are part of the standard menu and will be identified on menu cards in meal areas.

During registration, you can indicate halal and kosher dietary requirements for breakfast and lunch. To request these meals onsite, bring your registration confirmation email to the specialty meal pickup area.

Specialty meals are available in limited quantities on a first-come, first-served basis and are not reserved for individuals. Your preferred meal may not be available at every location. We’ll try to accommodate other dietary requests, but we cannot guarantee that every request can be fulfilled.

We strive to make our conferences accessible to everyone. If you have specific accessibility needs related to a physical disability, hearing or visual impairment, or any other condition, please inform us by emailing javaone@regsvcoracle.com. While we cannot guarantee that we can fulfill every request, we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate or assist in finding local resources.

A limited number of guest passes will be available for conference attendees to purchase.

Note that the dress code is casual. Attendees must wear their conference badges during JavaOne Party. We recommend that attendees who intend to use the outdoor areas bring additional layers of clothing due to the Bay Area’s changing temperatures.

Attendees and guests must be 21 or older to consume alcoholic beverages and may be asked to present a valid ID. For those who choose to drink, please plan for a safe ride home.

All attendees are expected to follow Oracle’s event attendee code of conduct. Please review it before attending JavaOne.

To register for JavaOne 2027, visit the passes and pricing page and click the registration button for either individual or public sector registration pass types. You’ll need to create or sign in to your Oracle account to complete registration.

Payment is accepted in US dollars at the time of registration. Accepted credit cards include American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa. Checks and wire transfers are not accepted.

A copy of your settled invoice will be attached to your registration confirmation email. For additional copies, contact the JavaOne registration team at javaone@regsvcoracle.com.

You are responsible for researching, understanding, and complying with any entry restrictions, visa requirements, and health or quarantine requirements that apply to your travel. Review current requirements before booking and again before departure.

Oracle does not issue documents or letters in connection with US visas or immigration matters for customers, partners, contractors, media, and other non-employees. Event attendees should consult with their employers for any required letters to support applications for visas and other travel requirements.

You are responsible for making your travel arrangements and covering related expenses, including airfare, hotel accommodations, ground transportation to and from the event, and meals outside of those provided by the conference.

Yes. You can request a substitution by sending an email to the JavaOne registration team at javaone@regsvcoracle.com. Include the names of both the original and substitute registrants in your request. All requests for substitutions must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. PT on March 23, 2027, and are subject to approval by the JavaOne registration team. For more information on substitutions, refer to the terms and conditions.

Email your cancellation request to javaone@regsvcoracle.com. Refund eligibility depends on when your request is received.

Full refund, minus the processing fee: February 10, 2027, 5:00 p.m. PT

50% refund: February 10, 2027, 5:01 p.m. PT through March 10, 2027, 5:00 p.m. PT

No refund: March 10, 2027, 5:01 p.m. PT

Refund request due to extenuating circumstances: April 7, 2027, 5:00 p.m. PT

Please review the cancellation policy in the event terms and conditions for complete details. You are responsible for canceling your own hotel and travel arrangements.

During registration, please indicate any accessibility assistance you require, such as wheelchair access or support for hearing or vision needs. Your contact information will be shared with a third-party vendor to coordinate the required services.

Yes. For security purposes, you must wear your conference badge at all times while attending the event. Badges may not be given to or shared with another attendee. Failure to comply may result in badge confiscation or removal from the event.

Visit the JavaOne registration desk at the event for assistance. You’ll need to present a government-issued photo ID, such as a passport or driver’s license, to receive a replacement badge. A replacement processing fee of $75 may apply.
