Oracle AI World Tour Amsterdam is a complimentary event, but you must register to attend. You’ll need to create or sign in to an Oracle Account to register. If your registration is approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

You may cancel your confirmed registration at any time by visiting the Attendee Portal and following the self-cancellation instructions. You may also send your request to the Oracle AI World Tour registration team via email at oracleaiworld-amsterdam@regsvcoracle.com. Cancellation of all travel and hotel reservations is your responsibility.

Oracle will plan to accommodate a variety of dietary requirements. In Amsterdam, vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free are all part of standard menu offerings. During registration, you will have an opportunity to request a special meal such as Kosher or Halal. These meals are on a first come, first serve basis and cannot be guaranteed.

If you are a person with reduced mobility or hearing/visually impaired, you may request special access during the registration process. We’re committed to offering an inclusive event, but cannot guarantee the ability to fulfill every request.

Yes, you need to wear your conference badge throughout the event. If you lose your badge, it can be reprinted at the registration desk. A government-issued photo ID will be required.

Travelers are responsible to research, understand, and comply with any entry restrictions and/or health and quarantine requirements based upon their country of departure. It is the traveler’s responsibility to be aware of any entry or policy changes prior to traveling to the Netherlands.

Completion of registration and payment will generate a registration confirmation receipt email. Oracle does not issue customized documentation to registrants in support of travel to, or attendance at, Oracle events, nor are any individual Oracle employees, contractors, or partners authorized to do so. Registrants are responsible for knowing, understanding, and complying with all applicable Dutch immigration laws and should consult with their own employer for any required letters to support applications for visas and travel requirements.

To ensure all attendees have a safe and enjoyable event, bags, backpacks, purses, overcoats, and other items, which may conceal prohibited items, may be subject to search by security personnel. Weapons and illegal non-prescription drugs of any kind are strictly prohibited on premises.

Items intentionally used to cause a distraction or disturbance to our speakers or attendees such as laser pointers, airhorns, megaphone/bullhorns, banners/signage, or items with similar intent are prohibited. Prohibited items discovered during security inspections must either be returned to the owner’s vehicle, hotel room, or discarded. Items will not be held for later pick-up.
