If you are a member of the Oracle PartnerNetwork in the License & Hardware Track with a valid Master Distribution Agreement and a Full Use Distribution Addendum to Master Distribution Agreement or equivalent distribution terms*, you may distribute the programs that have been identified as available for resale within the Spare Parts Portfolio (PDF).

Public Sector
Partners interested in distributing Oracle programs and/or services to public sector end users must have a current Oracle distribution agreement and will need to execute a Public Sector Addendum to the Master Distribution Agreement**. Please contact Partner Assistance or your Account Manager for further information.
* Full Use Distribution Agreement or ISV Master Distribution Agreement and Full Use Distribution Addendum to the ISV Master Distribution Agreement
** If you have a valid Full Use Distribution Agreement, need to execute the Public Sector Addendum to Full Use Distribution Agreement; If you have a valid ISV Master Distribution Agreement and Full Use Distribution Addendum to the ISV Master Distribution Agreement, need to execute the Public Sector Addendum to the ISV Master Distribution Agreement
