Notice regarding OPN membership fee waiver - if your company did not have a valid agreement at the time of the Stellent Change in Control in your country - or if you were previously a member of OPN, but did not have a valid OPN agreement at the time of public announcement (November 2, 2006) - you may be eligible to join OPN with membership fees waived for the first year of your membership (provided you join within 60 days of the date of the fee waiver notification letter sent to Stellent partners).
