Oracle has a variety of Distribution Agreements to fit your business model. Please review what is the ideal way of doing business and take full advantage of the Oracle agreements:

• Your business reach – reselling and using full licensing that grants the end user full rights to develop custom applications.
• Your business solutions – reselling your solutions integrated with Oracle technology and applications.
• Your solutions within – reselling your solutions with Oracle embedded.
• Your support – reselling Oracle support.
• Sharing Expertise – reselling Oracle Education.

Requesting resell rights can be done online in as little as a few minutes. Just follow these easy steps:

1. Join Oracle PartnerNetwork.
2. Identify the product(s) you want to sell via the Knowledge Zones.
3. Navigate to the “Sell” tab of the relevant Knowledge Zone(s) and review the reselling criteria.
4. Click to execute the applicable agreement and apply for reselling rights.

• Full Use Distribution Agreement (FUDA)

  A Full Use Distribution Agreement (FUDA) is the least restrictive license offered by Oracle and grants the end user full rights to develop custom applications with Oracle software and hardware. This license, generally speaking, is the most appropriate license level for System Integrators or Value Added Resellers.

• Application Specific Full Use Program Distribution Agreement (ASFU)

  This agreement entitles you to resell Oracle software as part of your application package. This license is the most appropriate license level for an Independent Software Vendor.

• Embedded Software License Distribution Agreement (ESL)

  An Embedded Software License is a restricted type of license sold by an Independent Software Vendor where Oracle technology is embedded in its application package. Embedded Licenses may only be used by the end user to execute the solution provider's application program. Embedded Software Licenses may not be used with more than one application package.

• Reselling Support

  1^st Year Support
  With each Oracle license distributed, you may also distribute the end user's right to receive first year technical support from Oracle. Although you will decide how to price the first year's support, you must communicate Oracle's price for second year support as described below.

• Reselling Oracle Support for ASFU and ESL

  If you provide your end users support on the Oracle programs contained in your application package, you may contact Oracle for assistance with a particular customer query using your CSI for your supported Development licenses. Fees are due to Oracle when you provided your end users support.

• Reselling Oracle Enterprise Linux and VM Support.

  Oracle allows its partners to resell Oracle Enterprise Linux and Oracle VM Support.

• Reselling Oracle Education
