Oracle offers several agreements and policy documents based on your membership type, Standard or Worldwide. Read the OPN Agreements and Policy documents for in-depth information on these memberships.

• Standard OPN AgreementLogin Required  (PDF)
  The Standard OPN Agreement is for partners with offices in a single country or who prefer for each country office to sign their own agreement.
• Worldwide OPN AgreementLogin Required  (PDF)
  The Worldwide OPN Agreement is for partners who have multiple offices around the world. Affiliate members must meet criteria on their own to upgrade to Gold or Platinum.
• OPN Policy Document (PDF)
  As referenced in the Worldwide and Standard Agreements, the OPN Policy Document outlines all of the specific entitlements for each partner level.
• Oracle Partner Code of Conduct and Business Ethics (PDF)
  As referenced in the OPN Membership Application, Oracle partners are required to comply with the Oracle Partner Code of Conduct and Business Ethics.
