The Oracle Fusion CRM: Sales 11g Essentials (1Z0-456) exam is designed for individuals who possess a strong foundation and expertise implementing and/or developing Oracle Fusion CRM Sales solutions. This certification exam covers topics such as: Common CRM Configuration, Lead Management, Opportunity Management, Territory Management, Quota Management and Forecasting. Up-to-date training and field experience are recommended.

Important! Exam 1Z1-456 (Oracle Fusion CRM: Sales 11g Essentials) will be retired on February 28, 2015.  A new exam, 1Z1-425 (Oracle Fusion CRM: Sales 2014 Implementation Essentials), has been developed and is validated against Release 8 of Oracle Sales Cloud.  This new exam is designed to recognize knowledge and implementation experience in the latest features of the Oracle Sales Cloud product.

Please be aware that effective July 1st, 2015, exam 1Z0-425 (Oracle Fusion CRM: Sales 2014 Implementation Essentials) will be the only exam accepted as qualifying criteria for the Oracle Sales Cloud: Oracle Fusion CRM Cloud Service Solutions and Oracle Sales: Oracle Fusion CRM Solutions Specializations. On July 1st, 2015, exam 1Z0-456 (Oracle Fusion CRM: Sales 11g Essentials) will no longer qualify toward OPN specialization.

Oracle Certification Program Fraudulent Activity Policy
Oracle reserves the right to take action against any candidate involved in fraudulent activities, including, but not limited to, fraudulent use of vouchers, promotional codes, reselling exam discounts and vouchers, cheating on an exam, alteration of score reports, alteration of completion certificates, violation of exam retake policies or other activities deemed fraudulent by Oracle.

If Oracle determines, in its sole discretion, that fraudulent activity has taken place, it reserves the right to take action up to and including, but not limited to, decertification of a candidate's Oracle Certified Associate, Oracle Certified Professional and/or OCM credentials, temporary, indefinite or permanent ban of a candidate from Oracle certification programs, notification to a candidate's employer, and notification to law enforcement agencies. Candidates found committing fraudulent activities forfeit all fees previously paid to Oracle, or to Oracle's authorized vendors, and may be required to pay additional fees for services rendered.
