This certification exam covers topics such as: Perform a single user developer, multi user developer, and Knowledge Center installation, Perform service pack installations for both single and multi-user installations, Troubleshoot common installation problems, Run the manual db creation/maintenance scripts, Use the Knowledge Center User Import utility, Manage the Knowledge Center server, deploy published content, and provide application support. Up-to-date training and field experience are recommended.
Successfully completing the requirements of this certification track earns the designation of Oracle User Productivity Kit 11 Technical Certified Implementation Specialist.
