If you are a member of the Oracle PartnerNetwork at the Gold, Platinum or Diamond level with a valid Oracle Full Use Program Distribution Agreement version 110109 or later, you may distribute the products that have been identified as available for resale within the Database and Middleware Knowledge Zones.

If you are a member of the Oracle PartnerNetwork at the Silver level with a valid Oracle Full Use Program Distribution Agreement, you may distribute the programs that have been identified as available for resale within the 1-Click Technology Knowledge Zone.

Apply for the Oracle Full Use Program Distribution Agreement
If you are member of the Oracle PartnerNetwork at the Gold, Platinum or Diamond level, and you would like to distribute programs that are not available in the Database and Middleware Knowledge Zones, you must apply for and be accepted into the Knowledge Zone that includes the applicable programs, and have written confirmation from Oracle that you have met the resell criteria for the applicable Knowledge Zone.
Application Specific Full Use Program Distribution Agreement (ASFU) and Embedded Software License Distribution Agreement (ESL)
MySQL Classic, Standard and Enterprise Edition perpetual licenses are only available for distribution by Oracle partners subject to an applicable Application Specific Full Use Program Distribution Agreement (ASFU) version 111510 or Embedded Software License Distribution Agreement (ESL) version 111510 with Oracle.
MySQL Cluster Carrier Grade Edition perpetual licenses are available for distribution by Oracle partners subject to an applicable Application Specific Full Use Program Distribution Agreement (ASFU) version 111510, Embedded Software License Distribution Agreement (ESL) version 111510 or an applicable Full Use Distribution Agreement with Oracle (FUDA) version 110109 or later.

To apply for an Application Specific Full Use Program Distribution Agreement the PRM Administrator should follow these steps:
- Go to Global PRM System
- On the first page select "Agree to Resell"
- Then select "apply" for ASFU agreement
- Complete the ASFU questionnaire
Note: the online application will allow you to complete the information for one application, if you need to submit a second application, please follow these steps:- Go to the Distribution Agreements page on OPN,
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page to the section titled "Execute a Distribution Agreement" and select your region to execute a distribution agreement (NAS, EMEA, APAC, LAD Spanish, LAD Portuguese)
- Click on Step 1: Determine Which Agreement is Right for you
- Go to the ASFU section and select your country to download the appropriate Application Package Registration Form (APRF)
- Sign and send the scanned signed APRF to Oracle:
- NAS: opn-operations_in@oracle.com
- EMEA: opn-operations_ro@oracle.com
- APAC: opn-operations_in@oracle.com
- APAC (Taiwan, China, Korea): opn-operations_cn@oracle.com
- LAD: opn-operations_in@oracle.com

Distribution to Public Sector
Partners interested in distributing Oracle programs and/or services to public sector end users must have a current Oracle distribution agreement and need to sign a Public Sector Addendum. Please contact the Oracle Partner Business Center or your Account Manager for further information.
