  • Differentiate your organization with the depth of your implementation resources and join OPN at Diamond level

    Learn more about how you can meet the requirements of becoming an OPN Diamond partner. A summary is provided below and you may reference the Diamond Step by Step Guide for Partners (PDF) for more detail.

    1. Create your personal web account and sign into the OPN Portal in order to access the OPN Enrollment Form.
    2. Meet the Business and Competency Criteria*
      • Competency Criteria:
        • Achieve a total of 20 qualifying Specializations or a combination of Specializations and a maximum of 5 Oracle Exastack Ready applications or Oracle Validated Integrations totaling 20. Additionally, 5 of the Specializations must be qualifying Advanced Specializations
          • Advanced Specialization requires >50 OPN Implementation Specialists in addition to regular Specialization business and competency criteria

        • To see a listing of all launched and planned Specializations, view the Specialization Guide (PDF).

      • Business Criteria:
        • 4 Published Customer References per year
        • Results from Oracle’s Global Relationship Survey (Customer Satisfaction) must meet minimum mean scores
        • Combined co-sell and resell revenue>US$40M
        • Annual Business Plan
        • 15 Diamond level Qualified Solution Offerings
        • Oracle OpenWorld Sponsorship at Gold or above
        • Dedicated Partner-Staffed Business Development Manager (at least 3)
    3. Complete the OPN Enrollment Form and accept the OPN Agreement.
    4. Pay the Annual Fee (US$9,995) along with applicable taxes to receive full access to all OPN Diamond-level benefits for one year. Your payment will be processed after membership approval.

    *Note: On June 1, 2013, the Business and Competency Criteria will change to the following:

    • Competency Criteria:
      • Achieve a total of 30 qualifying Specializations or a combination of Specializations and a maximum of 5 Oracle Exastack Ready applications or Oracle Validated Integrations totaling 30. Additionally, 10 of the Specializations must be qualifying Advanced Specializations
        • Advanced Specialization requires >50 OPN Implementation Specialists in addition to regular Specialization business and competency criteria

      • To see a listing of all launched and planned Specializations, view the Specialization Guide (PDF).

    • Business Criteria:
      • 4 Published Customer References per year
      • Results from Oracle's Global Relationship Survey (Customer Satisfaction) must meet minimum mean scores
      • Annual combined co-sell and resell license and systems revenue >US$100M (with minimum of $25M software license co-sell revenue)
      • Annual Business Plan
      • 15 Diamond level Qualified Solution Offerings
      • Oracle OpenWorld Sponsorship at Gold or above
      • Dedicated Partner-Staffed Business Development Manager (at least 3)

    Your OPN Primary Administrator can initiate the membership renewal process up to 90 days prior to expiration.
