    1. Create your personal web account and sign into the OPN Portal in order to access the OPN Enrollment Form
    2. Complete the OPN Enrollment Form and accept the OPN Agreement
    3. Pay the Annual Fee (US$500) along with applicable taxes to receive full access to all OPN Silver-level benefits for one year. Your payment will be processed after membership approval.
