Larry Ellison
Chairman of the Board and Chief Technology Officer, Oracle
Larry Ellison is chairman of Oracle Corporation and chief technology officer. He founded the company in 1977 and served as CEO until September 2014. He also races sailboats, flies planes, and plays tennis and guitar.

Doug Kehring
Executive Vice President, Head of Operations
Doug Kehring is executive vice president and head of Operations, responsible for facilitating the operational changes and efficiencies that support Oracle’s move to the cloud.
His goals are to ensure that we are the #1 reference for our cloud applications and infrastructure technologies, and that users have a superior experience.
Doug is focused on building passionate advocates within Oracle’s customer base. He oversees the work with Oracle's largest customers so that they receive unique investments and generate superior value. He also manages the group supporting Oracle’s strategic partners to ensure they augment the Oracle ecosystem and help every customer achieve an amazing experience.
Doug manages Oracle University, whose mission is to ensure customers, individuals, and employees can get valuable training on our products and technologies. In addition, Doug leads the Corporate Development group, completing more than 140 acquisitions over the past 15 years.

Karan Batta
Senior Vice President, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
Karan Batta is Senior Vice President of Product at Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). He is responsible for strategic product initiatives including GPU, AI and Multicloud strategies. Karan’s organization also supports OCI’s largest and most strategic customer’s ensuring that OCI is delivering the right services, features to these customers as well as implementing the operational workflows necessary to make our customers successful.
Karan joined Oracle in 2017 as one the of first members of OCI working to define the core product portfolio including compute, storage, and networking. He has held many roles within OCI building expanding OCI’s product portfolio, including leading roles running compute, GPU, platform features, Multicloud products as well as leading OCI’s GTM strategy.
Prior to joining Oracle, Karan worked in the core engineering team at Microsoft as part of Microsoft Azure Compute where he worked on AI infrastructure such as GPUs and FPGAs along with managed batch services. Prior to Microsoft he was an early part of a startup called GreenButton in New Zealand that provided visual effects services on multiple cloud providers. GreenButton was then acquired by Microsoft. Karan is based in Seattle WA.

Juan Loaiza
Executive Vice President, Oracle Database Technologies
Juan Loaiza is a renowned technology executive and a leading expert in database management systems. As executive vice president of Oracle Database Technologies, he reports directly to Oracle founder and CTO Larry Ellison and is responsible for driving innovation and development of Oracle's flagship database products, which are at the core of many of the world's largest and most complex IT systems. His team is focused on automating and converging database technologies to make AI for data, application development, scaling, and security dramatically better and easier, enabling customers to improve their competitiveness while saving time and money.

T.K. Anand
Executive Vice President, Oracle Healthcare and Analytics
T.K. Anand is executive vice president of product development at Oracle, with responsibility for the data and business analytics product strategy and portfolio. With the exponential growth in data and the ability to manage it efficiently in the cloud, organizations are looking at analytics to help extract value out of their data to make better decisions and transform their business. T.K.’s team builds analytics platforms that enable customers to analyze data and gain insights aided by visualization, machine learning, and natural language processing. His team also builds data warehouses and analytics applications that are tailored for business disciplines such as finance, operations, supply chain, human resources, sales, and service. Prior to joining Oracle, T.K. spent more than 20 years at Microsoft working on enterprise software and cloud technologies. He holds degrees in computer science and engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and the University of Toronto.

Clay Magouyrk
Chief Executive Officer, Oracle
Clay Magouyrk is the Chief Executive Officer at Oracle, leading the engineering and operations teams responsible for the design, development, and delivery of Oracle’s cloud platform. After joining Oracle in 2014, Clay built OCI from the ground up and helped establish Oracle as a major player in the cloud infrastructure space. Prior to Oracle, Clay held senior engineering positions at Amazon Web Services where he worked on core infrastructure and services. He is known for his deep technical expertise, leadership in cloud innovation, and commitment to customer-centric solutions. Clay holds a degree in Computer Science from the University of Memphis.

Steve Miranda
Executive Vice President, Applications Development, Oracle
Steve Miranda is executive vice president of Oracle Applications product development, leading product strategy, development, and delivery for all Oracle Applications and related services. His primary focus is delivering the industry’s most innovative set of cloud solutions encompassing ERP, supply chain, human capital, enterprise performance management, customer experience, and Oracle Data Cloud applications. Steve holds degrees in mathematics and computational sciences from Stanford University.

Mike Sicilia
Chief Executive Officer, Oracle
As CEO Mike Sicilia is focused on helping customers across every industry accelerate growth and drive business success with AI-powered applications and infrastructure. He is responsible for sales, go-to market strategy, and continued development of Oracle’s multi-billion-dollar vertical industries business. Since joining Oracle from Primavera Systems in 2008, Mike has held several leadership positions and was pivotal in delivering industry-specific cloud and embedded AI solutions that empower organizations to adapt, innovate, and make a positive impact on society. He also managed some of Oracle’s most strategic acquisitions, delivering critical new offerings to customers. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Saint Joseph's University.

Leah Yomtovian
Senior Vice President, Partner, Sales, and Operations Strategy, Oracle
As Senior Vice President of Partner and Operations Strategy, Leah is responsible for Oracle’s partner, business operations, and M&A integration strategies, alongside strategic communications. Since Leah joined Oracle more than 10 years ago, she and her team have helped lead Oracle’s transformation from a product to a service-oriented company, including the reimagination of the people, processes, and systems that underlie Oracle’s operations and the integration of dozens of companies valued at more than $40 billion.
Leah and her team also continuously improve how Oracle collaborates with its partner ecosystem to drive customer success and accelerate Oracle’s business momentum—most recently, for example, enhancing Oracle’s partner program to include more partner choice and benefits, all with the aim of advancing partner success.
And as part of her role leading strategic communications, Leah and her team developed the Oracle Playbook so customers can learn from Oracle’s transformation strategy, including best practices for leveraging Oracle cloud applications and infrastructure. Just as Oracle has achieved exceptional business outcomes over the last 10 years through a holistic transformation, Leah and her team help other organizations learn from Oracle’s journey so they too can simplify their operations, automate end-to-end business processes, improve decision-making and agility, and achieve more with less.

José Antonio Parra
Vice President Global Business Technology, CIO, Grupo Bimbo
José Antonio Parra, is currently VP Global Business Technology (CIO) for Grupo Bimbo, largest baker in the world, with operations in 35+ countries, 220+ industrial bakeries, 23 BN sales globally, and 4 million customers directly served at least on a weekly basis. He also serves in other companies and industry boards Grupo Devlyn, Arkon, and Microsoft Technology Advisory Board acting as external expert advisor on Supply Chain and Information Technology matters.
During his 30+ years’ multinational career, José Antonio has played significant roles in Grupo Bimbo and other global leading companies as The Coca-Cola Company, Procter & Gamble, and Royal Bank of Canada, in areas that include supply chain management, information and technology, general management, and finance. José Antonio is particularly passionate around safety, innovation, and environmental topics. He has made diverse transformational contributions in the organizations he has worked with; being his areas of expertise Digital Transformation, Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Product Lifecycle Management, Inventory and Warehouse Management, Sales and Operations Planning, Change Management, and Organizational Transformation Processes.
José Antonio is a Chemical Engineer from La Salle University where he graduated summa cum laude, top of his class, and holds an MBA / Finance from Monterrey Tec, along with diverse postgraduate certifications in supply chain management, food processing and agricultural management, general management, innovation, and lean six sigma as a master black belt. (IPADE, Monterrey Tec and Georgia Tec).
José Antonio currently lives in Mexico City with his wife Laura, and four children, who join him in his passion for the arts and culture.

Dean Bitan
CEO and Co-founder, Imagene AI
Dean Bitan is a visionary entrepreneur committed to transforming precision medicine through advanced technologies. With a mission to expand access to faster, adaptive, and personalized care, he co-founded Imagene AI in 2020 and serves as its CEO.
Under his leadership, Imagene AI built a Cross-Modality Intelligence Engine that powers the Oncology Intelligence (OI) Suite, a SaaS platform that continuously learns from histopathology, gene expression, mutational profiles, and clinical records. The platform derives meaningful insights for biomarker discovery, optimized trial design, and patient stratification. OI Suite is an intuitive platform that requires no coding or AI expertise.
Imagene’s first commercial application, LungOI, is an AI-powered multi-gene biomarker profiling test for non-small cell lung cancer that analyzes a standard biopsy image within minutes. LungOI received a CMS payment rate and code and is available through a collaboration with Tempus across the United States.
Imagene AI is backed by leading investors, including Larry Ellison, and has been recognized with the Pharmaceutical Technology Excellence Award and the Digital Health Innovation Award and was named among the Top 25 Healthcare AI Companies of 2025. Paulo Perez

Jae Evans
Global CIO and EVP, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Platform Services
Jae Evans is Oracle’s global chief information officer and executive vice president of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Platform Services. She’s responsible for accelerating Oracle IT’s cloud transformation across thousands of environments, and her team provides IT services to Oracle’s 160,000 employees and developers worldwide.
Jae also leads OCI’s platform services consisting of multi-cloud services and commercial systems including billing, subscription management, and cost management, as well as other core platforms such as console services and marketplace. In addition, her organization is responsible for ensuring the highest level of security, compliance, operations and support for OCI.
She has more than 20 years of experience building and leading global teams and managing mission-critical production services across various industries, including ecommerce, enterprise cloud, online gaming, retail, and telecommunications. Jae is passionate about bringing diversity and inclusion (D&I) into the workplace. She’s the executive sponsor of D&I for OCI, a member of Oracle’s Executive D&I Council, and an active participant in and champion of various Oracle Professional Asian Leadership and Women in Tech events.

Velchamy Sankarlingam
President, Product and Engineering, Zoom
Velchamy Sankarlingam is the president of Product and Engineering at Zoom, where he leads various functions, including Product, Engineering, DevOps, Digital Transformation Office, and Support. Prior to joining Zoom in 2020, Velchamy was senior vice president of Cloud Services Development and Operations at VMware where he held responsibilities in both R&D and IT. He managed a business unit in R&D and was also responsible for all infrastructure in the company, including building and operating one of the largest private clouds. Velchamy was also responsible for helping VMware transform into a SaaS company and the development of all business applications at VMware. Before joining VMware, Velchamy was vice president of Engineering and Operations at Cisco where he was responsible for the engineering and operations of Webex. Prior to that, Velchamy held vice president positions at Webex (acquired by Cisco) and Presenter.com (acquired by Webex). He also worked at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), IBM, Network Computing Devices, and Standard Microsystems. Velchamy holds a B.E. in electronics and communications engineering from the College of Engineering Guindy, Chennai, an M.S. in computer science from Northern Illinois University, an M.S. in business and policy from Stony Brook University, and also completed Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business Executive Program.

Chris Gandolfo

With a start-up mentality and a sharp focus on innovation, Chris’ team has spearheaded groundbreaking partnerships and unlocked new opportunities in the rapidly evolving AI sector. His leadership has accelerated momentum across Cloud Native companies, ISVs, and Enterprises, driving unprecedented adoption and expansion.OCI has become the fastest-growing sales organization in North America. Under Chris’s leadership, it has scaled into a multi-billion-dollar powerhouse, now strengthened by a Global GPU Sales team and dedicated OCI Engineering arm—aligning sales and engineering to help customers maximize their cloud investments and accelerate business outcomes.
Beyond the numbers, Chris is passionate about building an unstoppable team—cultivating a high-performance culture that attracts top talent and develops future leaders. Since joining Oracle in 2015, he has led multiple teams to record-breaking success, championing a “One Oracle” mindset that seamlessly connects diverse business units to drive customer impact.
With two decades of experience in executive sales and enterprise software—including leadership roles at CA Technologies—Chris is recognized for his expertise in sales strategy, finance, and operations. He holds a B.S. in Economics and Human and Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management.

Elaine Engle, Ph.D.
Global Officer, Talent Management and Organizational Capability, Marriott International
Elaine Engle leads Marriott’s Talent Management and Organizational Capability team. In that capacity, she is accountable for the company’s talent management and survey programs, including performance planning and management, selection, and engagement surveys; talent analytics; HR technology and process excellence; organizational capability, change management and people brand, and work experience. Elaine began her tenure as the Sr. Manager of HR Research, where she was responsible for the company’s associate engagement survey. Since then, she has held a variety of leadership roles in the HR discipline. Elaine has led Centers of Expertise (COEs), twice leading the Talent Analytics department, as well as providing leadership for the Organizational Capability and Change Management practice area. Elaine was the first HR leader for Marriott’s managed portfolio of nearly 500 select and extended stay hotels. In that role, she was instrumental in designing the support structure for that business. Elaine has also served in several senior HR partner roles, bringing HR leadership to many consumer-focused disciplines. Across all the roles that Elaine has held, she has brought keen insight and focus to organizational effectiveness and established pragmatic strategies for developing talent. Most recently, Elaine has spearheaded the company’s work experience strategy and has been instrumental in incorporating it into the design of Marriott’s new HQ in downtown Bethesda. Elaine is on the Board of Directors for Leadership Montgomery and holds a Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Akron.

Peter Hoeschele
Vice President of Infrastructure & Industrial Compute, OpenAI
Peter Hoeschele is OpenAI’s Vice President of Infrastructure & Industrial Compute—the person accountable for scaling, building, and financing the industrial-grade systems that fuel the company’s most advanced models. He leads Stargate, OpenAI’s platform for gigascale compute, partnering closely with Oracle and others to deliver capacity at record pace. A Wisconsinite and UW–Madison alum, Peter works at the hard edge of infrastructure, finance, and strategy to push toward AGI.

Greg Sheen
Group Chief Information Officer, Access World AG
Global responsibility for Access World AG’s portfolio of information systems by implementing strategy, next-generation Generative AI Applications and IT Infrastructure to meet the company’s business growth and expansion through acquisition to deliver optimal return on investment and maintain utmost security. Headquartered in Switzerland, extending across 30 countries, 56 entities, 800+ worldwide locations in Africa, Asia Pacific, Europe & Middle East, and US, mange a diversified global IT organization for one of the leading logistics and service provider for all major commodity markets.
