2. Browse the Session Catalog and select the heart icon for each session you want to attend.
3. Open My Schedule to review, edit, or print your agenda. You can also favorite sessions and update your schedule in the mobile app.

Build your cloud and AI skills.

Even before you arrive in Las Vegas for Oracle AI World 2026, you can take advantage of Oracle University digital training and certification—a benefit available with eligible registrations through the end of the calendar year. Build new skills across Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Oracle AI Database, Oracle AI Data Platform, and Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, including AI Agent Studio and agentic AI training. The program includes personalized learning paths, role-based courses, hands-on labs, and live sessions with Oracle product experts. You can also prepare for Oracle Certification exams with expert-led training and practice resources.

2. Choose learning paths that match your role, goals, and Oracle Cloud interests.

Pack more learning into your time in Las Vegas

Build your skills with a full day of hands-on, instructor-led training from Oracle University experts. These eight-hour courses are designed to help you deepen your knowledge of Oracle products and technologies and build practical AI skills you can put to work.

Oracle University training takes place Sunday, October 25, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Courses are $795 each, include lunch, and are limited to 40 attendees per course to provide more access to instructors. Please bring your own laptop.

You can add Oracle University training when you register for Oracle AI World. Already registered? Log in to the Attendee Portal and add a course to your registration. Space is limited, so advance registration is required.

Can I purchase a guest pass for The Party?

A limited number of guest passes for The Party on Tuesday evening may be available for $350 on a first-come, first-served basis to general attendees, executive program participants, and media and analysts. Sponsors, booth staff, Oracle employees, and public sector registrants are not eligible to purchase guest passes. To purchase a guest pass, sign in to the Attendee Portal. Guests must pick up their passes in person and present a valid photo ID.

Where and when can my guest pick up their pass for The Party?

Guest passes can be picked up at the registration help desk in the Venetian Ballroom, Level 2 of The Venetian Conference and Expo Center, during these hours:

• Sunday: 7:30 a.m.–6:30 p.m
• Monday: 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.
• Tuesday: 6:30 a.m.–10:00 p.m.

The guest must be present and show a valid photo ID. Registered attendees cannot pick up a pass on a guest’s behalf. To enter The Party, Oracle AI World attendees must wear their Oracle AI World badge, and guests must have their guest pass.

Important Security Notice for Oracle AI World Attendees

Oracle is deploying multiple layers of physical security to help ensure a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable experience for everyone at Oracle AI World.

Security Screening at Event Entrances

Security screening will be in place at all event entrances. Oracle uses advanced and efficient screening technology designed to provide a seamless entry experience, especially for attendees carrying no items, backpacks, or large bags. Bags, backpacks, purses, and overcoats may be subject to search by security personnel. Weapons and illegal non-prescription drugs of any kind are strictly prohibited at Oracle AI World.

Secondary Screening

For Level 5, an additional layer of security screening will be conducted. All attendees should be prepared for this secondary screening process. To expedite entry, we highly recommend arriving early and traveling light.

Bag Policy

For your security, luggage and overnight bags are not permitted at the conference. Please leave these items in your hotel room or with the bell desk at your hotel.

Security Information and Assistance

Any issues or concerns that arise at Oracle AI World can be reported to on-site security staff or the Oracle Security Team at eventssecurity_gps_ww_grp@oracle.com. During the event, security information will also be easy to find in the Oracle Events mobile app or printed on the back of your badge. Your cooperation is vital in helping us create a safe and welcoming environment for all attendees.

Choose from a variety of special diet options

Specialty meals (e.g., halal, kosher and severe allergies) are available on a first-come, first-served basis during breakfast and lunch on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, and must be requested at the time of registration. The Oracle AI World registration team will email you confirmation of your specialty meal selection. Please present this email confirmation when you pick up your specialty meal at the designated desk located in Hall G, Level 1, Venetian Expo. Please note, Wednesday’s lunch pickup is at a different location: Venetian Foyer near the escalators, Level 2, Venetian Conference Center.

Make sustainable choices

Act on these tips for a more sustainable conference:

• Choose plant-based meals over animal-based proteins
• Take public or shared green vehicle transportation between airports and hotels
• Walk between conference venues and hotels
• Take only the giveaways and swag you will use
• Turn off the lights and air conditioning in your hotel room while at Oracle AI World
• Bring a reusable water bottle to use at the water refill stations throughout the conference

Oracle AI World offers a variety of accessibility and mobility options:

• For those that need assisted transportation for special mobility needs, there are a variety of on demand services available in Las Vegas. For more information, visit this website or contact the guest services department at your hotel.
• Scooters and wheelchairs are available for rent on own from Desert Medical Equipment. Attendees are required to book in advance with Desert Medical Equipment by calling (702) 876-9171 and mentioning your attendance at Oracle AI World to make a reservation. Pick up will be at the Venetian Guest Services desk. Desert Medical Equipment will deliver the equipment prior to your arrival. ALL scooters and wheelchairs require pre-booked reservations.
• All mainstage events including keynotes, learning sessions, and The Party will have designated areas to accommodate wheelchairs. Please notify our ambassador staff should you require assistance.

Oracle AI World also offers special audio services including:

• Assisted-listening devices (available by advance request during registration);
• Live, multilingual translation services during mainstage keynotes;
• American Sign Language (ASL) translation during the mainstage keynotes and The Party.
