Beca Transforms Finance Operations with Oracle Fusion Applications

Beca, one of Asia Pacific’s largest independent advisory, design, and engineering consultancies, is using Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications to support its mission of making every day better and building an enduring and resilient future for generations to come.
Founded in 1920, Beca has grown into an employee-owned business with more than 4,300 employees across 24 offices across the Asia Pacific region. As Beca continued to grow, it needed to replace its heavily customised finance system with a scalable cloud platform that could improve operational efficiency, support evolving risk and compliance requirements, and enable greater automation and data-driven decision-making. After careful evaluation, Beca decided to move its finance operations to Oracle Fusion Applications to address these challenges and support its growth.

With Oracle Fusion Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Beca has been able to increase productivity, reduce costs, and strengthen controls. Building on these results, Beca is now exploring the use of Oracle Fusion Agentic Applications, to further automate procure-to-pay and supplier invoice processing.
