Oracle Preconstruction Cloud Service End of Life

  • The Oracle Preconstruction platform will be retired on January 31, 2026, after which it will no longer be available.
  • All current Premium subcontractor subscriptions (Oracle Preconstruction Bid Management Subcontractor Premium Cloud Service, Part B93209) have been extended at no additional charge and are now valid through January 31, 2026.  
  • New subcontractors are able to join at the free Basic subcontractor level at no charge up through January 31, 2026.
  • General Contractors are eligible to renew up through January 31, 2026.
