The steps below reflect the typical order of how Oracle Primavera Cloud is configured for your organization. The order of activities can vary, depending on your implementation plan.

Configuration steps

  1. Set up the workspace hierarchy for your organization. 
  2. Organize data, like calendars and codes, across your workspace hierarchy using dictionaries
  3. Set up security for your organization to provide users access to applicable workspaces and projects. 
  4. Add companies and users to Primavera Cloud. 
  5. If applicable, integrate project data to Primavera Cloud from another application like Oracle P6, Microsoft Project, or Excel.
