Updated navigation
We recently updated Primavera Cloud to make it easier to navigate. Now, you'll see:
- Apps contained in a new main menu in the upper-left corner
- Updated app icons
- The ability to search by name and ID in the object selector
- Search, Help, and User Preferences icons re-ordered in the upper-right header
- User Preferences options displayed more clearly
- And more!
These changes will allow you to work more efficiently and find what you need - faster!
Work Plan page
- You can now arrange swimlanes by task or activity code, depending on how you like to manage your tasks.
- Additionally, we added an icon to tasks cards to easily identify if a task has an active constraint.
- In the Primavera Cloud mobile app, we reduced the amount of space that non-work time displays, so you can more easily view tasks during work time.
Project notebook topics
- You can add notebook topics at the project level to provide more information about a project to your team.
- If needed, you can add links and files to give additional context to your notes.
Configured fields
- We added the ability to search for configured fields that are set as a List data type.
- You can also automatically re-order list values instead of manually moving them.
Noteworthy mentions
- We added row numbers to the Activities page, so you can quickly find activities by the row number rather than looking for them using IDs.
- You can now import projects in the XER format as a baseline or scenario of an existing project. Future period planning fields are also included when importing or exporting projects in the XER format.
- When you make adjustments to resource units and/or costs on the Assignment List page, data will now automatically save.
- When configuring a workflow, we created a new workflow services task that allows you to copy a work breakdown structure from a project, proposal, or template to another project.
- In Manage Services, we made improvements to the Evaluation Score Log to make it easier to monitor the results of processed jobs.
