We made it easier to assign activities to resources. On the Assignment List page, you can now see which resources or roles are available and assign activities to them.
This prevents you from having to navigate between the Activities and Assignment List pages to assign activities.
You can assign multiple activities to the same resource or role at the same time.

We heard your feedback about needing to adjust your workspace hierarchy as your business changes.
Now, you can move a workspace under a different parent workspace if you have the Move Workspace permission.
All content will transfer to the new location.

We added the ability to export a baseline or scenario as a P6 XML and import it as a project in P6 or Primavera Cloud.
This allows you to get a baseline or scenario approved before setting it as the current schedule.

You can now add or disable subcategories from an Evaluation Matrix in child workspaces.
This allows business units within your organization to include goals that are unique to their operations.
You can also update the owning workspace of a subcategory created in a child workspace to share it with other workspaces.

Noteworthy mentions

When printing any page that has advanced printing options, like Activities or Tasks, you'll see improved scaling choices to display your data as desired.
We redesigned the Scorecard page to improve usability. Now, you can select a portfolio to drill into its projects and measures.
Check out new Schedule Comparison page features: compare two projects with Compare Schedule Versions, see schedule changes with the Change Type column, and group changes by WBS.

In the 23.5 release, you'll find more flexibility in your workspace hierarchy, the ability to export baselines and scenarios as the current schedule, and improvements to the evaluation matrix.
