Textura Roundup - December 2025

Welcome to the Roundup, where we look back at some of the features and enhancements we've added to Textura. In this issue, we'll look back on improvements released from August - November 2025.

Bank Reconciliation

  • Bank files will be available to Administrators on the new Bank Reconciliation Files page. This secure, centralized location replaces email attachments for easier access and record-keeping.

Data as a Service (DaaS)

  • A new Organization graph called Customer Footprint is available in Textura Data as a Service (DaaS) for Owner organizations.
  • A new Project Settings graph is available to help you reconcile your project's configuration.
  • DaaS now allows approved values from Supplier Qualifications to roll up into a corporate program.

Oracle Assistant

  • The Oracle Assistant for Textura for US Subcontractors has improved notifications to make sure you don't miss important chats without being disruptive, and supports smoother chat interactions, allowing you to easily copy text and open links shared by live agents.
  • When one or more of your document requirements are causing a payment hold, the Oracle Assistant for Textura can now identify the requirements not being met and intake new documents for you, helping to expedite payments for US Subcontractors.
  • The Oracle Assistant for Textura is now available to Administrators in General Contractor and Owner organizations.

Permission Management

  • A new Project User role page is now available to view and modify user permissions across your organization's projects.
  • Enterprise and Local Administrators can now bulk manage User Permissions at an enterprise level to efficiently add/remove roles from users and projects.
