Welcome to Textura's Roundup, where we look back at some of the features and enhancements we've added to Textura. In this issue, we'll look back on improvements made in the 23.4 - 23.8 releases.

Notifications

  • Notifications can now be sent to project teams during Authorization and Owner Funding entry.
  • When you reopen prior draws, the system will now also reopen subsequent draws.
  • Users can now mute messages on projects for which they no longer want to receive system emails.

  • A new Vendor Contact Report is now available to download vendor contact information.

  • Access to project funding selection can now be limited to Enterprise Administrators.
  • Use the new Project Funding configuration page to track projects requiring project funding setup.

All users in your organization can subscribe to communications (like this one!) and monthly Release Highlights to keep you updated on the continuous improvements we're adding to Textura. 

Noteworthy mentions

  • When enabled, the new Organization setting, "Disburser role required to release compliance document holds," requires the user to have a Disburser role at the project level to release these holds for added security.

  • Integration Administrators can now subscribe to email alerts for export failures for increased visibility and faster resolution.

  • All integration jobs supported for an organization can now be scheduled or run manually for easier on-demand requirements.

  • ERP integration improvements for customers using Fusion, CMiC, Yardi, and Viewpoint.
