Welcome to Textura's Roundup, where we look at some of the features we've added to Textura. In this issue, we're looking back at highlights from 22.9 - 22.12 releases.

User Experience

  • A new page called Project Fees is now available for Owners and General Contractors to review project fees. You can find this page in the application's organization profile dropdown.

  • We've upgraded numerous pages to our latest look and feel, including the Contract Status, Confirm Contract, Owner Funding, and more, to help you find information quickly.
     
  • Organizations can now create a Business Calendar to calculate due dates and deadlines on a project.

Project Delivery

  • Textura's new DocWriter feature allows Enterprise Admins to enable selected users with the ability to search and filter document templates and preview documents using real-time data.

  • Textura Payment Accelerator was rolled out to facilitate early payments in projects.

  • Attachments can now be provided at the line-item level when billing.

Seamless Integration

  • We expanded Data Services for customers’ internal analytics strategies.

  • New integrations to Sage Intacct, Oracle Cloud ERP, and Oracle’s ENCE addition with EBS were added.

  • Overall, we made over 165 improvements to our integration capabilities with more than a dozen ERPs.

Regional Updates  

  • Australasia: you will see the Security of Payments Act name dynamically on Payment Schedule documents based on the project site location.

  • Australasia/United Kingdom: Updated Modify and Approve Billing workflow to define and select Modification Responses at the line-item level.

  • Australasia/United Kingdom: Variation/Change Order Approval workflow enhancements and Assign Change Order/Variation workflow are modified to fit the Variation approval needs.

  • Canada: New documents were provided in Alberta and Saskatchewan to support Alberta Prompt Payment regulation and Saskatchewan prompt payment regulations, respectively.
