Welcome to the Roundup, where we look back at some of the top features and enhancements we've added to Textura. In this issue, we'll look back on improvements released from September 2024 - November 2024.

Document Publishing

  • DocWriter Self-Service Publishing can now be enabled by Enterprise Administrators to review and publish document templates.

Supplier Tracking

  • Subcontractors now can view Diversity status across all General Contractors from the My Supplier Tracking Qualifications page.
  • The Supplier Tracking user experience has been streamlined for General Contractors, providing more intuitive search and status management capabilities.
  • Custom values can now be modified to require or disable enforcement of certificates.

Sub-Tiers

  • The Add Sub-Tiers page has been redesigned with a new simplified user experience.
    • You can now indicate whether you are adding a Sub-Tier who will sign Lien Waivers on-system, or outside of Textura.
    • When adding a Sub-Tier with an inactive account, you will be prompted to fill out a Service Request to have the organization reactivated.

  • Organization Settings
    • Enterprise Administrators can define when to deactivate users based on the last time they logged in.​
  • Document Template Updates
    • The American Institute of Architects (AIA) document templates are getting a refresh. No action is required.​
  • Textura Payment Accelerator (TPA)
    • Rate modifications can now be applied to inflight contracts
    • Project Program Settings configuration user experience has been improved.
    • The My Invoices screen has been improved with additional visibility into your invoices paid via TPA.
