Lien Waiver Management

  • A visual indicator is now presented to General Contractors for unsigned Unconditional Lien Waiver holds, offering transparency to understand why an invoice isn't payable.
  • Projects can now be configured to auto apply the Sub-Tier missing Lien Waiver holds which reduces risk and saves time.

Compliance

  • To improve efficiency and speed up payments, a new compliance task will now appear for Subcontractors to upload Sub-Tier Lien Waivers.
  • A new periodic document compliance requirement is now available to track stored materials billed against an invoice which reduces risk for the General Contractor.

Supplier Tracking

  • We've simplified the user experience so Program Goals can be edited in Supplier Tracking from the Diversity Program drawer.

Subcontractor Management
  • Newly created Subcontractors can now be added to participate in previous draws that are re-opened, eliminating the need to open a Service Request.
Reporting
  • The Excel Download Utility has been updated to a more simplified experience.
Document Template Updates
  • The American Institute of Architects (AIA) document templates are getting a refresh. No action is required.
