Event terms: registration, badges, and age limits

According to Oracle rules and regulations, attendees must register for the conference themselves using their own Oracle Account single sign-on (SSO) login, created with a current business email. If an attendee does not have an Oracle Account already created, they must create one at oracle.com.

Attendees must use their own badge while onsite at the event. Badges are nontransferable and may not be shared onsite. Any person found to be in violation of this policy will have their badge confiscated by event personnel and will be asked to leave the conference.

No one under the age of 18 is permitted at any conference activity, keynote, or session unless as an approved student attendee. Anyone under the age of 21 will not be able to attend the social hour or networking events on March 17, 18, and 19, 2026.
