You can continue to use the MICROS Support phone numbers to call Oracle MICROS Support even after the move to MOS.

Customers in Africa (including Isle of Man, Tunisia, and Morocco) who were directly supported by MICROS, not a MICROS dealer, have not yet moved to My Oracle Support. Please continue to call or send email to MICROS Support just as you did with MICROS.
