  • OPN members are eligible to submit a prepared press release through Oracle's formal approval process for joint agreement when mentioning Oracle or its products. Oracle's approval is at Oracle's sole discretion.
  • Partners may submit a press release intended for distribution through their standard channels, which include Oracle's acknowledgement of the partner's membership as an Oracle Partner, published listings in Oracle Marketplace, and integrations with Oracle product and services offerings as jointly agreed.
Joint Win and Go-Live Promotion
  • OPN members will be able to promote successful joint win stories and/or go-live announcements by updating their Oracle Partner Finder page with customer approved win and/or go-live information. This may include relevant links to the partner's website or a press release that includes more information about the win or go-live announcement.
Customer Success Promotion
  • OPN members can nominate a joint customer for a written customer success story. Those selected for short-form customer stories will be self-service leveraging a template provided by Oracle. Those selected for long-form customer stories will be written by Oracle.
  • All accepted customer success stories are published on Oracle.com customer success page after customer approval. Partners are encouraged to link to customer approved stories from their Oracle Partner Finder page and company website.
  • Selection and approval for execution of Oracle-led customer stories and videos are at Oracle's sole discretion.

  • Oracle Universal Credits are credits that can be used towards obtaining a new cloud environment for testing, development and demonstration purposes, or to replenish an existing cloud environment secured under the current Oracle PartnerNetwork program. Partner Pricing on Cloud Environments for Development, Testing and Demonstration: Oracle SaaS Applications
  • OPN members who have subscribed to an OPN Level 1 or above are eligible to purchase select Oracle SaaS applications at 75% discount off the Oracle List Price, to be used for test, development & demonstration purposes. Additional restrictions may apply.
  • Subscriptions to discounted Oracle SaaS applications allow greater flexibility in terms of production selection and the ability to configure applications to meet specific market and solution needs.
Integration Qualification
  • Initial technical review of a partner's technology product integration with an Oracle Cloud service or application. The scope and output of this review is determined by Oracle in its sole discretion.
  • The Integration Qualification benefit is designed to accelerate the time-to-market for your technology product built on and/or integrating with Oracle Cloud services with a technical review and go-to-market qualification from Oracle experts, for various benefits, including a potential listing on Oracle Marketplace (subject to the Oracle Cloud Marketplace Agreement).

Eligibility to Earn OPN Cloud Incentives
  • Eligibility to earn incentives payable in cash or Oracle Partner Credits by selling or influencing the sale of Oracle's products and services, subject to the OPN Cloud Incentives Policy and applicable detailed incentive offering page(s) in the Incentives Resource Center.   • With attainment of a Build or Service Expertise within the License & Hardware Path, an allotment of SRs is provided for use with development, demonstration and integration licenses for Oracle technology and applications programs.
Free Service Requests for Oracle Linux and Virtualization Basic Support Service to Support the OPN Member's Oracle Linux and Virtualization Development Systems
  • OPN members that have valid License & Hardware Service and/or License & Hardware Build Expertise receive up to 100 SRs free of charge for Oracle Linux and Virtualization Basic Support Service to support the OPN member's Linux and Virtualization development systems. This benefit consists of access to the following resources for the duration of the Services Period of your order.

Oracle Health Integration Validation Eligibility

Initial validation reviews compliance with standards for the OPN member and application, including security, functionality, and operational support, to ensure a viable integration for clients. The duration of validation varies depending on the complexity of the product and any issues found. (A Validation fee and acceptance of the Application Integration Validation Addendum to the Oracle PartnerNetwork Agreement are required.)

Support for ASFU/ESL Partners that Report and Renew Support Royalties

Partners that report and renew support royalties for distributed Application Specific Full Use licenses (ASFU licenses) or distributed Embedded Software Licenses (ESL Licenses) are assigned a Support Provider Support Identifier (SPSI). This SPSI enables these partners to access and receive Technical Support from Oracle as well as log technical support Service Requests (SRs) in connection with providing technical support for their end users.

With attainment of a Build or Service Expertise within the License & Hardware Path, an allotment of SRs is provided for use with development, demonstration and integration licenses for Oracle technology and applications programs.
Free Service Requests for Oracle Linux and Virtualization Basic Support Service to Support the OPN Member's Oracle Linux and Virtualization Development Systems

OPN members that have valid License & Hardware Service and/or License & Hardware Build Expertise receive up to 100 SRs free of charge for Oracle Linux and Virtualization Basic Support Service to support the OPN member's Linux and Virtualization development systems. This is in addition to any free SRs received as part of other Support benefits (up to a maximum of 100 free SRs per membership year). Services are subject to Oracle's Enterprise Linux and Virtualization Support policies in effect at the time.
