JDN, a Philippines based real estate and property development company, is using Oracle NetSuite to support its mission to build spaces that offer the best value to its customers. With NetSuite’s AI-powered cloud enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, JDN has been able to accelerate financial processes, improve business visibility, and scale efficiently to support its rapid expansion.

Founded over 60 years ago in Angeles City, JDN manages more than 70,000 square meters of leasable space across the city and key growth areas in Central Luzon. To improve the speed and accuracy of its finance processes, JDN decided to replace its aging business systems with NetSuite. Since moving to NetSuite, JDN has been able to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, enhance controls, and expand business visibility as its tenant base has grown by more than 300 percent.

“As our business has expanded several-fold, driven by growing urbanization and strong local economic activity, NetSuite has continued to scale with us to support increasing operational complexity,” said Aaron Jeffrey Montenegro, president and chief executive officer, JDN. “With a unified platform to manage our financials and operations, we’ve been able to automate key processes, strengthen control across the business, expand insights, accelerate decision-making, and grow with efficiency.”

With NetSuite, JDN has been able to integrate workflows across finance, accounting, procurement, and property operations. For example, NetSuite’s financial management capabilities have enabled JDN to reduce its financial reporting turnaround time from four days to approximately one to two hours. In addition, NetSuite’s fixed asset management capabilities have further enhanced financial reporting by automating fixed-asset depreciation and lease accounting.

“In real estate, success depends on the ability to manage complex portfolios, streamline lease and financial operations, and maintain real-time visibility across properties,” said Amit Suxena, group vice president and head of Asia, Oracle NetSuite. “With NetSuite, JDN has been able to unify finance, accounting, procurement, and property operations on a single AI-powered ERP system. This has given the JDN team the flexibility, visibility, and control it needs to adapt quickly, support growth, and scale for long-term success.”
