With a website structure as expansive as Oracle.com, how do we ensure that every webpage interaction provides an exceptional customer experience (CX) and gives prospects and customers the information that they seek?

Given a new B2B customer who has expectations of a B2C experience, we wanted to deliver a hyperpersonalized experience that would incorporate content life cycle from analysis to testing, personalization, and beyond. After much research and evaluation on the path to optimize Oracle.com, we chose Oracle Infinity Behavioral Intelligence, which natively includes testing and optimization through Oracle Maxymiser Testing and Optimization.
