• NetSuite AI Connector Service: Enables organizations to select the AI models that best fit their business needs, define the data the models can access, and govern how the models interact with NetSuite. Built on open standards, including the Model Context Protocol (MCP), the AI Connector Service provides a secure way to connect NetSuite with external AI assistants and agent platforms and includes Standard and Custom MCP tools. New resources available in ASEAN include:

  • NetSuite MCP Apps: Enables customers to use popular AI assistants through familiar NetSuite-style interfaces. Instead of relying solely on text-based prompts, MCP Apps allow users to interact with NetSuite data through structured interfaces such as filters, selectors, and forms rendered directly inside popular AI assistants.
