Oracle Database@Azure debuts in Europe

Customers can now sign up for Oracle Database@Azure in the Microsoft Azure Germany West Central region. Oracle and Microsoft have announced plans to offer the service in additional cloud regions, including in India, Italy, Sweden, and the United Arab Emirates, bringing the Oracle Database@Azure planned availability footprint to 15 regions globally.

To purchase Oracle Database@Azure, contact Oracle's sales team or your Oracle sales representative. Oracle Sales will set terms, offer custom pricing, and create an Azure private offer in the Azure Marketplace.

Purchases of Oracle Database@Azure can be applied to Microsoft Azure Consumption Commitments (MACCs). Existing Oracle Database software customers can use Oracle Bring Your Own License (BYOL) or an unlimited license agreement (ULA).

Allocate database servers to new and existing Oracle Exadata VM clusters. Allocate compute resources (CPU, memory, local storage) to enable maximum flexibility.
