The features in the table below are the Opt In features that have reached their Opt In Expired In update level and are now enabled by default and are no longer listed in the Optional Features UI. You may still need to make changes to enable the feature, per the Action to Use column.
In addition, with these features enabled, there may be changes in application’s behavior that will require you to update your regression tests and/or update your standard operating procedures.
The features in the table below are Optional Features. Most of these features are delivered Disabled, and for the Opt In period, they require you to take action in the Optional Features UI to enable them. Since all of these features will eventually become mandatory – we suggest that between the Feature Introduced In update and the Opt In Expired In update (when the features are on/enabled by default) that you enable the Opt In features to understand their impact on your implementation.
As noted, beginning in the update version specified in the Opt In Expired In column, these features will be enabled by default and these features will no longer be available within the Optional Features UI. As indicated by Action to Use column, an enabled Opt In feature may require some additional setup or configuration to accommodate the Opt In feature’s new behavior.
Opt In Expired In Versions identified with an asterisk (*) have been pushed to a later version as part of this update.
Changes to the "Action to Use" that are provided in this update are identified with a double asterisk (**).
Important Note: If you have already enabled these features in the Opt In UI then NO further action is necessary.
